A roadtrip to Peterhead to catch His Name Is Codeine at the latest Dangerous Club event. With an album due out soon you’d do well to catch them live if you can. Also on the bill was Chaser and Emma Hogarth. Pics from the gig can be found here.

Investigating the Dangerous Club

There’s a regular live music night happening in Peterhead called Dangerous Club. Still Burning went up to have a look and here are his mini-reviews of the Amy Sawers, Raw Stereo and Rambler event followed by the Miss the Occupier, Hellhouse and Lazy Soozin line-up. Well worth a trip at £3 door tax.

Time to Hit the City and visit The Garage

It’s always good when a venue re-opens its doors and this week ye olde Moshulu has been reincarnated and back in the game again as The Garage. Angela Michael and Ska Dude were there to give us words and pics from the (packed) opening event which was the Mark Lanegan Band with support from Creature with the Atom Brain. All here at FnS wish the venue all the best for the future.

Casualty

Its always tricky to put a disappointing account of a gig online for the world to see but we wouldn’t be doing our job in taking our honest opinions to the interwebs if we didn’t so credit to penguingonemad for this review of Lostprophets and Modestep at the Music Hall, Aberdeen. Review and pics here.
